Kwara Poly Rector bags NIMechE Fellow Award


The Rector, Kwara State  Polytechnic, Engr. Dr. Abdul Jimoh Muhammed was yesterday honoured with the prestigious award of Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers (NIMechE).


His investiture as a Fellows took place at  Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos during the NIMechE Fellowship Conferment Ceremony. 


Abdul who was decorated along with other worthy engineers was recognized by the institution for his landmark contributions to the development of Engineering Education and Practice in Nigeria.


Meanwhile, the Polytechnic community has congratulated the Rector who was conferred with the prestigious award of Fellow of NIMechE describing it as well deserved.

They described the Rector as a qualified and certified engineer who has made his marks in the engineering profession.

According to the staff of the Polytechnic, the Rector is a model to practicing and upcoming engineers.

They pray Allah to grant the Rector more wisdom, guidance and sound health as he continues to pilot the affairs of the Polytechnic.
