28th Anniversary: Elelu Congratulates Emir of Ilorin

The Executive Secretary of Kwara State Primary Health Care Development Agency (KWSPHCDA), Dr Nusirat Elelu has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin, His Royal Highness (HRH), Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari on the 28th anniversary of his ascension to the exalted throne, describing him as a personification of sterling attributes who dedicates his life to the welfare of his people 


The Executive Secretary, in a goodwill message issued on Saturday, extolled the leadership qualities of the retired eminent justice, saying that his reign has ushered in sustainable growth, stability and economic transformation in the state.


" On behalf of my family and the management of the Kwara State Primary Health Care Development Agency (KWSPHCDA), I convey our warm felicitations to His Eminence, Emir of Ilorin and the Chairman of the Kwara State Traditional Council, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari on the momentous occasion of the 28th anniversary of his ascension to the throne. The Emir is a model of peace, unity and stability whose leadership has strengthened the bridges of love, tolerance and harmony across the state."


" His reign has ushered in unprecedented development with significant bearing on the economic prosperity of every resident of the state. He is an exemplary figure and shining example of a selfless leader who accords a maximum priority to the welfare of his people "

" With his support, our Agency has been able to build a sustainable synergy with the traditional institutions in the quest to integrate community participation in the implementation of our health interventions to aid improved health outcomes "


" I pray that the years ahead turn out to be much more remarkable for His Eminence, his immediate family, and the good people of Ilorin Emirate and the state at large, whom he has served meritoriously, for the past 28 years. May his reign continue to be fruitful and prosperous." She said.
