In recognition of his outstanding contributions to education and the promotion of academic excellence, Mr. Olufadi Ayuba Balarabe, a highly esteemed lecturer in the Department of mass communication Kwara State polytechnic, has been honored with the prestigious Best Lecturer of the Year award. The award serves as a testament to Mr. Olufadi's dedication, expertise, and commitment to nurturing students' learning experiences in the department.



The Best Lecturer of the Year award, hosted by National Association Of Nigerian Students (NANS) is designed to acknowledge and appreciate educators who demonstrate exceptional teaching methodologies, inspire students, and consistently provide valuable guidance.  


Mr. Olufadi's achievement reflects his exceptional aptitude for teaching and his unwavering commitment to the academic growth and success of his students. Known for his passion for the subject matter, he consistently incorporates innovative teaching techniques to create an engaging and dynamic classroom environment. His unique teaching style encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and active participation among his students.



Remarkably, Mr. Olufadi's journey as a scholar extends beyond the classroom. He actively contributes to research and has published several papers in renowned academic journals.   The attention of the Kwara State Polytechnic authority has been drawn to a malicious story tagged *"Kwarapoly: Mass Communication Students in Dismay over Non-Accreditation, exempted from NYSC mobilisation"* in which one writer (Comrade Yūusuf Baraje) alleged non- accreditation of HND Mass Communication programme by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE). The Polytechnic authority is hereby calling on members of the public to disregard the misleading story aimed at dragging the  good name of the 50 year old institution to the mud. It is pertinent to state clearly that, all the programmes running at the institution are fully accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).
